A Carpenter

A carpenter is a person whose job is making and repairing wooden objects and structures. He works with wood. He makes different kinds of wooden furniture. He is hired by the villagers to make chairs, tables, benches, doors, windows etc. He is also asked to do small repair work. In the rural area, he does not find work everyday. He is not well-off. He can not earn much. He lives from hand to mouth. He has an artistic mind. He makes many beautiful and fashionable furniture. He makes many attractive designs on the wooden furniture. He tries his best to do his work with skill because his work needs much skill. His success as a carpenter depends on his skill. In the past the rich and wealthy people would hire a carpenter to make beautiful and fashionable furniture with attractive designs. Though he is not well educated, his work is no less important at all. Rather he renders a great service to us.

একজন ছুতার হল এমন একজন ব্যক্তি যার কাজ কাঠের জিনিস এবং কাঠামো তৈরি করা এবং মেরামত করা। তিনি কাঠ দিয়ে কাজ করেন। তিনি কাঠের বিভিন্ন ধরনের আসবাবপত্র তৈরি করেন। তাকে গ্রামবাসীরা চেয়ার, টেবিল, বেঞ্চ, দরজা, জানালা ইত্যাদি তৈরির জন্য ভাড়া করে। তাকে ছোটখাটো মেরামতের কাজও করতে বলা হয়। গ্রামাঞ্চলে তিনি প্রতিদিন কাজ পান না। সে সচ্ছল নয়। সে বেশি আয় করতে পারে না। হাত থেকে মুখ পর্যন্ত বেঁচে থাকে। তার শৈল্পিক মন আছে। তিনি অনেক সুন্দর এবং ফ্যাশনেবল আসবাবপত্র তৈরি করেন। কাঠের আসবাবপত্রে তিনি অনেক আকর্ষণীয় নকশা করেন। তিনি দক্ষতার সাথে তার কাজ করার জন্য যথাসাধ্য চেষ্টা করেন কারণ তার কাজে অনেক দক্ষতার প্রয়োজন হয়। একজন ছুতার হিসাবে তার সাফল্য তার দক্ষতার উপর নির্ভর করে। অতীতে ধনী ও ধনী লোকেরা আকর্ষণীয় ডিজাইনের সুন্দর ও ফ্যাশনেবল আসবাবপত্র তৈরির জন্য একজন কাঠমিস্ত্রি নিয়োগ করত। যদিও তিনি সুশিক্ষিত নন, তার কাজ মোটেও কম গুরুত্বপূর্ণ নয়। বরং তিনি আমাদের জন্য একটি মহান সেবা প্রদান।
